About UTS.
Universal Telematics Solutions is a Montreal company with two roles: it manages the companies and projects of the Vega Group, and it builds software for them and for clients across many industries.
01
Management company of the Vega Group.
UTS runs project management and governance for the Vega Group’s companies and projects: planning, coordination, reporting and the systems that connect them.
02
An in-house engineering team.
Our engineers design, build and run business software, from internal tools to SaaS platforms used every day by property managers, internet providers, hotels and field service companies.

How we work.
- We show you the real situation before we propose anything
