Current-to-Target audit.

An independent look at how your business, IT and telecom really run today, a clear target state, and a prioritised plan to get there. The first step of a digital transformation that stays practical.

01

What you get.

  • Current-state map

A clear view of your business, IT and telecom as they run today.

  • Target-state blueprint

A practical architecture designed for your business, not a generic model.

  • Prioritised roadmap

A sequenced plan with realistic steps and their dependencies.

  • Business case for every change

A clear rationale and expected impact for each initiative.

02

What we look at.

  • Business processes and where time is lost
  • Applications, data and the links between them
  • Infrastructure, networks and telecom
  • Information security and compliance, including Law 25
  • Contracts, licences and recurring costs
  • Know-how: what lives only in people’s heads

03

How it works.

  1. First conversation

You tell us where the business is slowing down. We agree the scope together.

  2. Interviews and review

We meet the people who do the work and review the systems they use.

  3. Current and target state

We map today, then design the target with you.

  4. Roadmap and business case

We present a prioritised plan, with the reasons and expected impact of each step.

04

Changes in the first 30 days.

Every audit ends with changes you can make in the first 30 days, with or without us. The roadmap is yours to keep and act on.

05

Questions about the audit.

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the size and complexity of your organisation. We agree the scope and schedule after a first conversation.

How much does it cost?

Every audit is priced individually, based on its scope. Tell us about your situation through the contact form and we will come back with a proposal.

Do we have to work with you after the audit?

No. The plan is written so that your team, or any partner you choose, can carry it out.

Do you look at security too?

Yes. Information security is part of every audit, with physical security available through our group company Vega Security.

Tell us where your business is slowing down.

We’ll show you the target state.
